Chef Joseph Martino

Originally from Las Vegas, NV, Chef Joseph Martino moved to NYC in 2012 to attend culinary school at The Culinary Institute of America. Chef Martino honed his craft working in Michelin star restaurants throughout NYC including stints working for Chef Eric Ripert and restaurateur Danny Meyer. After a decade of fine tuning his skills in NYC, he relocated to Nashville to lead the culinary team as the Sr. Sous Chef at Gaylord Opryland for nearly four years before joining the Renaissance team in 2025 as Executive Sous Chef.
